There are three types of purchase modes:
1) Counter Purchase: From Zed Age Counter located at Dangalpara, Suri, Birbhum
2) Cash on Delivery: Your purchase items through online will be delivered to your shipping address by Zed Age courier and the amount will have to be paid to the courier personnel
3) Online Banking: You will have to pay via three modes:
i) Net Banking
ii) Credit Card
iii) Debit Card

Training FAQ
1) Copy of Admit Card of Secondary Board Examination
2) Copy of Marksheet of last examination passed
3) One copy passport size photograph
4) Admission fee if any with the 1st Month's installment
1) A student has to pay the installment fees within the dates specified in the Payment Card, failing to do so will result in a fine of Rs. 50/- per month.
2) A student has to pay Rs. 100/- as Examination Fees before he / she appears for an examination.
3) A student having less than 80% attendance would not be allowed to seat for an examination without a valid cause.
4) Each student will be allotted a free practice class of 1 hour duration each week, which the student himself / herself has to book beforehand. If a student absents himself / herself, he / she will not be allowed to book a free practice class for the subsequent week.
5) A student will be issued Certificates / Diploma and Transcript within 1 month after completion of a particular course.
6) If a student wants to take a leave while undergoing a course, he / she has to submit an application. If the reasons are valid then only the leave will be granted.
7) If a student wants to shift himself / herself to another batch, he / she has to submit an application citing the actual reason. If the reasons are valid then only his / her prayer will be granted.
8) Each student should take account of the notices displayed on the notice board.
9) Each student should carry their Identity Card with themselves and show them as when asked by the authorities.
10) Students who want to avail the Library facility will have to pay a refundable caution deposit amounting to Rs. 500/-.
11) No adjustment classes will be allotted if a student fails to attend either his / her theory or practical class.
12) Rs. 50/- will be charged for issuance of Duplicate Identity Card or Payment Card.
13) Lessons and question papers used during classes and Exam have to be submitted before leaving the Institute.
14) Mobiles have to be kept switched off otherwise a penalty amounting to Rs. 100/- will be charged.
